SV Organics Pvt Limited acquired by Nakoda Chemicals Limited as a fully owned subsidiary in 2013 is engaged in the manufacturing of Advance intermediates & custom synthesis specialty products. The day-to-day operations of the company are managed by its qualified & experienced team under the Guidance & control of the quality Assurance team of Nakoda Chemicals Limited. QMS systems followed are to ensure the GMP & Traceability in operations. The company has its own instrumentation testing laboratory with Headspace GC & HPLC. The manufacturing facility is divided into two blocks. Block-A & Block-B with both blocks have a total reactor capacity of about 40 KL divided among SS & GLR reactors Company has a High Vacuum distillation facility with a Thermic fluid heating provision.
S.V.Organics is engaged in manufacturing advanced intermediates for Regulatory API manufacturing companies on its own as well as on a toll manufacturing basis. The company also offers to take up developmental projects involving scaling up from bench scale by utilizing the R&D resources of the group company.
